  1. The Color Run was definitely one of the most unique experiences I've ever been through! Despite the early morning and chilly temperatures, the run wasn't that bad. It was so cool to see thousands of people all wearing white at the beginning, and even more cool to see no white at the end because everyone was so covered in color. I was drenched in yellow, purple, pink, red, green, and turquoise to name a few. Thankfully all the color washed out of my hair! This run will be an experience I won't forget; hopefully I can run it next year too!

  2. I've run dozens of races in the past few years, but the Color Run is so far my favorite. I had gone early to help set up a color station and got to see how everything was put into place. When we actually started running, it was amazing to watch all 6000 participants take off in completely white shirts and come back completely covered. I loved being able to see the race markers as big colorful clouds over each color station. As for the run itself, I felt like it was the best run I had ever done. We are definitely going to do it again next year!

  3. Throughout my many 5k expiriences (2 including the Color Run) I have to say that the color run was definietly the funnest/colorful/most interesting. Maybe the distance was short or maybe I was just having too much fun to notice, but the race seemed to go by really fast! I've never pegged myself as a long distance runner so being able to stop every so often and rest while getting color all over me at each color station made this 5k even more of an enjoyable expirience. Despite the fact that, by the end of the race, i felt as though i had eaten a spoonfull of the paint, I still really enjoyed myself. The Color Run along with a post-race casual pic with the two best teachers in the world made this an expirience that i will remember for years to come!

  4. The color run rocked my world. Few 5ks I have participated in can compare to the straight up joy of this Sunday morning. With 4,000 (or 40,000?) people participating, it was slightly difficult to get a good pace going for the actual run, but speed aside the event was a blast! The ending celebration when everyone threw their packet of color in the air truly took me by surprise. I was not prepared to inhale gusts of dust to the point of suffocation; for some reason they left that out of the race description. Although the powder explosion was overwhelming it was brief and my group quickly recovered in time to take pictures of the powder paint war zone. The happiest 5k on the planet no doubt.

  5. I am definitely not a runner but when I heard about the Color Run, I decided to run more often in order to prepare for the 5k. The Color Run was super fun because I was with my friends, who motivated me to keep going throughout the run, and having paint thrown at us was an additional piece of joy. By preparing for and running the Color Run, I have become more fit and am looking forward to more 5ks and races in the future. The Color Run was definitely an experience I will never forget, especially the crazy paint explosion/festival at the end.

  6. The color run was so much fun! Even though it was really cold, the race was so enjoyable! It is such a great way to raise money for a good cause. I was surprised by how well the paint stayed on, since it just looked like powder. This was definitely one of my favorite races I have ever done, and I really want to do it again next year!

  7. The color run was fun for a first timer. It was kind of early but I guess it was better so you could have the rest of the day to chill. But it was definitely a fun experience to do with friends. I would definitely do it again next year.

  8. The color run was the first run that I took part in and I have to say it was a lot of fun. Whoever came up with a run were people throw paint at you is a genius, it is a great way to raise money for great cause. If I had the chance I would diffidently go to another color run in the future. It was a great experience and I will remember it forever.
